Borniak Smoker Review
We’ve been using the Borniak smoker for some time now at Lime Wood Hotel but primarily for cold smoking or salmon, the unit has worked brilliantly with no issues, so I was really intrigued to be able to use it for hot smoking.
The unit itself is made well and the door has an excellent seal which is obviously key to smoke retention.
The electronic temperature control was pretty much spot on when I tested it with another digital thermometer.
The unit is pretty much a plug play and forget, with no real assistance required during smoking unless you like to spray the product you’re smoking with beer/vinegar or a juice? This makes it convenient for us.
