When will I receive my order?

At SmokeHouse.Guru we strive to ship your orders quickly. We usually need 1 day to pack your order and dispatch it. Standard delivery within the UK takes 1-3 working days. Our warehouse dispatches orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  We use mainly DHL Courier (next day delivery service). For smaller items, like spices we use Evri or Royal Mail. Large Smokers are shipped only via a Pallet Courier (deliveries within 3-4 working days). You will receive an email with tracking link and estimated delivery date. 

How much do you charge for shipping?

We cover the shipping cost in the UK Mainland area for all orders above £80. You get a free shipping if you order a smoker from us. 

Shipping to Ireland is possible. Cost of shipping a pallet with a smoker is approx. £150

We don't ship to Europe, due to Brexshit and additional customs fees and paperwork.

How can I return an item?

You can return your order within 14 days from your date of purchase. The item must be unused in the original packaging. Before returning anything to use, please email us first so we can discuss any issues you may have and offer a solution. The return cost is payable by the buyer. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We receive deliveries from Borniak usually every 2 months. To get a notification of new stock delivery please sign up for our neswletter.

Something is not working with my Borniak Smoker what should I do?

In case of any problems with the Borniak smokers start from basic trouble shooting. 

  1. Check all cables, connections
  2. Check fuse located in the plug and in the back of the temperature controller
  3. Check your main fuse box

In order to find a fault in your smoker we need details information. In the email include: 

  • Your Borniak model number
  • Borniak serial number, it's on the plate on the back of the smoker
  • Your full name, order ID, if you know it
  • description of the problem you're experiencing 

We'll contact you within 24h to find a solution for your problems with the Borniak Smoker. If any part of the smoker failed, we'll send you a replacement part free of charge (you have 2 years warranty from your puchase date).
