🧀 Smoky New Your Cheesecake by Borniak Smoker
•150 g butter cookies
• 140 g melted butter
• a pinch of cinnamon
• 600 g cream cheese
• 200 g sour cream
• 200 g mascarpone cheese
• 180 g sugar
• zest of 1/2 lemon
• 4 eggs
• 50 g flour
• 50 g milk
• 2 packets of vanilla sugar
☑Preheat the Borniak BBQ Smoker to the highest setting.
☑Crush the butter cookies and mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
☑Line a cake pan (23cm diameter) with parchment paper.
☑Press the cookie mixture into the cake pan.
☑Place the filled cake pan in the Borniak BBQ Smoker for about 10 minutes.
☑In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients together until smooth.
☑ Grease the edges of the cake pan with the cookie mixture and butter.
☑Turn on the smoke unit of the Borniak BBQ Smoker.
☑Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cake pan and place it in the smoker.
☑Occasionally rotate the cake pan by 180 degrees.
☑The total cooking time is between 60 and 70 minutes for BBDST
models, and 10-15 minutes longer for UWDST models.
☑ If you prefer a lighter smoky flavor, you can turn off the smoke unit after about 20-30 minutes.
☑After the cake is done, let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
