Smoked Brisket Chilli Yesterday I smoked a brisket. Today, I made a chilli. And it was gooooood! Nothing more enjoyable than sitting by a fire cooking your dinner. The @kadaifirebowls 80cm fire bowl with tripod and cooking bowl is perfect for this type of cook. To fuel my fires, I use @planetfriendlyfirewood. Smoke free kiln dried wood every time and fantastic service too Want the recipe for the chilli? Oh go on then! 2kg smoked brisket 2tbsp chilli powder 2tsp oregano 2tsp onion powder 2tsp garlic powder 2tsp paprika 2tsp cumin 700ml passata 700ml beef stock Salt & pepper to taste (the brisket already has plenty) As per the Reel – brisket in first, then the spices, passata and stock. Bubble away until your desired consistency. The longer you leave it, the better it is. Just make sure you have more stock to keep it topped up for a longer cook I’ve served this with cheese, jalapenos and @sriracha_fg mayo. Finished off with some crusty bread and butter. Bliss!
