The Santos Summer Festival 2023 in Cologne was a special event again this year with more than 1000 guests,
Thanks to the perfect preparation by Marcus and Rudolf , in just a few hours, they brought a total of 1750 portions to the guests without any stress.
As a finger food and first course, our smoked bruschetta quickly became number 1 among the guests.
We were also able to convince all along the line with pulled pork
The pineapple we smoked with Cointreau was in a different league compared to the skewered pineapple dishes we also offered. However, with Borniak it’s all much easier and the result is always convincing.
