Order shipping
At SmokeHouse.Guru we strive to ship your orders quickly. We usually need 1 day to pack your order and dispatch it. Standard delivery within the UK takes 1-3 working days. Our warehouse dispatches orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For smaller orders we use DHL and Evri Courier.
Smokers are shipped on a pallet - FREE shipping in the UK Mainland
We make sure that all items are packed securely in a bubble wrap and a heavy box. Our food smokers are shipped on a pallet. We use Tuffnels Courier to ship small smokers or UK Pallets Courier for larger smokers. Each smoker is packed in a sturdy box and strapped to the pallet, so it gets to your doorstep in a perfect condition. Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking. The pallet courier will contact you before the planned delivery day. Usually smokers are delivered within 3-5 days from placing the order with us. There is no way to schedule a certain time of smoker delivery with the courier.
There are additional shipping cost involved if you live in Highlands, Channel Islands or Ireland.
During the checkout process, our shop system will calculate the appropriate shipping cost based on your address.
