Order shipping
At SmokeHouse.Guru we strive to ship your orders quickly. We usually need 1 day to pack your order and dispatch it. Standard delivery within the UK takes 1-3 working days. Our warehouse dispatches orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For smaller orders we use DHL and Evri Courier.
Smokers are shipped on a pallet - FREE shipping in the UK Mainland
We make sure that all items are packed securely in a bubble wrap and a heavy box. Our food smokers are shipped on a pallet. We use Tuffnels Courier to ship small smokers or UK Pallets Courier for larger smokers. Each smoker is packed in a sturdy box and strapped to the pallet, so it gets to your doorstep in a perfect condition. Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking. The pallet courier will contact you before the planned delivery day. Usually smokers are delivered within 3-5 days from placing the order with us. There is no way to schedule a certain time of smoker delivery with the courier.
There are additional shipping cost involved if you live in Highlands, Channel Islands or Ireland.
During the checkout process, our shop system will calculate the appropriate shipping cost based on your address.

Wędzenie dymem zimnym to nowe doznania smakowe. Nowe doznania smakowe - Wędzenie zimnym dymem!
Dla koneserów smaku tego typu wędzenie z przystawką do zimnego wędzenia ZWS-01, jest doskonałym rozwiązaniem nie tylko dla koneserów smaku.
Wędzenie dymem zimnym odbywa się w temperaturze do 24 stopni celsjusza. Trwa ono od kilkunastu godzin aż do 16 dni (z tym, że wędzonki nie powinny być cały czas w dymie). Standardowo generator włącza się na 2 godziny rano i dwie godziny wieczorem. Chyba, że receptura, z której korzystamy wskazuje inaczej, wtedy postępuj wedle przepisu.
Generator dymu, będący częścią wędzarni, posiada grzałkę 110W. Grzałka ta może podnieść temperaturę o 30 stopni względem toczenia. Przystawka ZWS-01 pozwala obniżyć temperaturę do warunków zimnego wędzenia, w wyniku czego uzyskujemy w komorze temperaturę zbliżoną do temperatury atmosferycznej.
Przystawka ZWS-01 jest wykonana z blachy Alu-cynk i pasuje do wszystkich naszych wędzarni i smokerów z tego samego rodzaju blachy.
Eksploatacja
- Instalacja i użytkowanie generatora dymu jest proste. Specjalnie wyprofilowane nóżki zapewniają stabilność konstrukcji, a dzięki szufladzie możemy bezproblemowo usunąć popiół wytworzony podczas pracy generatora.
- Generator dymu montujemy z przystawką i łączymy ją rurą spiro z komorą. Długość przewodu doprowadzającego dym powinna zawierać się w przedziale 1-2m.
