Last post we talked about “What wood is the best for smoking duck”. Today , thanks to @slim_ricks_smokehouse to share us his recipe “Hoisin Duck Breast” using #Borniak cherry smoking chips.

– Cherry-smoked duck breast, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic.

– Served on a bed of rocket and topped with hoisin sauce, sesame seeds, toasted pine nuts, cucumber and spring onion. All wrapped up on a warm flatbread.
