Ham, Egg & Chips Such a British classic. I’ve stepped things up a notch by cooking the ham in my @Amigo Outdoor Living Premium Wood Fired oven. This double insulated oven is an absolute joy to cook in. Bit of a learning curve on this cook to keep the temperature ticking along nice and low. I used my @Thermapen Smoke to monitor the temperature of the oven and the ham while it cooked and this was a huge help! The glaze at the end was really simple. Honey, mustard, brown sugar and a touch of cider. No pineapple on the plate for me.
