Goat Shawarma Nachos So this week, I cooked goat shawarma with a coal roasted chilli sauce. I also made a Mexican flavoured beer and cheese sauce for another dish. Here, all of these elements come together in a glorious pile! And I tell you what, these were ridiculous! Check out my previous 2 videos for the recipes of each element. Then build your nachos however you want! I’ve gone with nachos, grated cheese, goat shawarma, coal roasted chilli sauce, Mexican cheese & beer sauce, pickled jalapenos and Sriracha mayo.
