SmokeHouse Orders Shipping Options Explained.

At SmokeHouse.Guru we strive to ship your orders quickly. We usually need 1 day to pack your order and dispatch it. Standard delivery within the UK takes 1-3 working days, whereas a forwarding delivery can take up to 3-5 working days. Foreign deliveries can take a little longer.

We make sure that all items are packed securely in a bubble wrap and a heavy box. Our smokers are shipped on a pallet. We use UPS, DHL or Tuffnels Couriers to ship smokers. Each smoker is packed in a sturdy box and strapped to the pallet, so it gets to your doorstep in a perfect condition. Here's the video how well we pack each smoker.

We cover shipping cost, so you don't have to pay for shipping if you're based in the UK Mainland. There are additional shipping cost involved if you live in Highlands, Channel Islands or Ireland.

During the checkout process, our shop system will calculate the appropriate shipping cost based on your address.

You're welcome to collect the order from our warehouse based in Poole, UK. An appointment is necessary.
