Curry Goat! Yes, I know I called it goat curry and I’ll probably get told off by Jamaicans, I didn’t mean it! Anyway, this gorgeous curry is from @Melissa book – Motherland. And it’s epic! Such incredible depth of flavour. Just making the curry powder will make you hungry, I promise.
