✅ 2 red peppers
✅ 1 garlic bulb
✅ good olive oil
✅ salt & pepper

Ingredient
✅ onion
✅ organic sweet potato
✅ organic zuchini
✅ clove of garlic
✅ organic spinach leaf
✅ organic mushrooms
✅ 4 mini peppers

👉 Temperature: Place the vegetables on the perforated plate in the Borniak at approx. 140 °C.
👉 Smoking chips: Alder shavings or cherry shavings are suitable for this purpose.
👉The pepper must turn BLACK from all sides. 👉This takes about 45 – 60 minutes🕓.

When the eggplant is soft, halve and scrape with a spoon and place in a blender.
Cut off the root of the garlic and simply squeeze into the mixing container. Cover the black peppers with a damp cloth and let cool. Now the shell can be easily removed. Add the skinned peppers to the other ingredients in the blender container. Blend finely with a blender, add olive oil until a cream is formed. Season with salt and pepper.

If you like goat’s cheese 🧀, smoke it at 30 °C and crumble it into the cream.
