He’s Back! Due to extremely popular demand, Joe is back with a bang! This time, we decided to give the @NinjaKitchen Foodi FlexDrawer 10.4l air fryer a go. Now I’ve never used an air fryer but even my most ardent BBQ friends have highly recommended them so here we are. And I have to say, I’m impressed, especially with how quickly things cook. It’s never going to replace BBQ for me but for the last couple of years, if I don’t cook outside then I tend not to cook at all and it’s takeaways or the missus heats the oven up for the kids dinners which takes ages. I hate the oven we acquired as part of the house move, it’s electric and takes an absolute age to heat up and doesn’t ever brown anything. This air fryer takes no time at all to heat up and it smashes out chicken nuggets in 10 minutes! This whole chicken took just 37 minutes which is crazy Anyway, enjoy the video. We used @Tubby Tom Mother Clucker on the chicken and some Tubby Dust on the chips. The chicken was cooked using the roast setting and then once it was removed, I changed it to Max Crisp to get those chips nice and crispy.
