También te recomiendo algún termómetro dentro del horno porque aveces no son correctos los hornos – Rejillas – Aluminio – cuchillo y tabla Proceso – Sazonar brisket – poner brisket sobre rejillas/charola y llevar al horno – temperatura horno 280-300F (135-150C) – hornear hasta alcanzar 150F internos (durará 2-3 horas aprox) – retirar del horno y meter el brisket dentro de la charola (quitar rejillas) agregar algo de mantequilla, tapar con aluminio y regresar al horno. – dejar hornear hasta alcanzar 200-210F internos.
