@Grillstream BBQs cedar plank salmon. I haven’t soaked the board as i want it to combust so that it can smoke. Liberal seasoning with @jacks_meat_shack_seasonings which is an available from Grillstream for retailers and private purchase. Simple glaze of honey and bourbon.
